"I stopped in thinking it would be..."
I stopped in thinking it would be a convenient place to grab a bottle, and the shop seemed fine at first. But then I checked the prices and yeah... way too high. I found the exact same bottles nearby for less, which was annoying. Maybe it’s okay if you’re in a rush, but also, come on, the markup felt hard to justify.

"Pretty bad customer service"
The staff was kinda rude and didn’t really seem like they wanted to help me. I had to ask a couple times and still barely got any help. Not a great experiance.

"I ordered a couple of bottles..."
I ordered a couple of bottles from Fishers Liquor Barn online, and overall it was a smooth experience. The site made it easy to find what I was looking for, checkout was quick, and the confirmation came through right away, so I figured everything was moving along fine.

The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that the pickup update took longer than I expected, and reading between the lines, it seemed like maybe they were just a little behind or busy. I ended up checking back, but once I got there, the staff was friendly and my order was correct. I’d still order from them again.

"The site was fine up until I..."
The site was fine up until I got to checkout. It started loading really slowly, and then the payment page actually kind of froze, so I had to go back and try again. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely annoying when I was just trying to finish my order.

They had a really solid selection of spirits, and I found the bourbon and rum I was looking for easily. The only frustrating part was having to wait longer than expected to check out, which kind of took away from an otherwise good experience

"The whole place just felt dirty"
I stopped in to shop the store just felt kind of dirty overall. The floors were sticky in spots and the shelves looked dusty, like everything there probably needed a good cleaning. It made the whole shopping experience feel less pleasant than it should have.

"Online stock wasn’t accurate"
I checked the website before heading over because I wanted to make sure the item was actually in stock. It said they had it, so I drove there, but once I got to the store no one could find it. This has happened to me twice now, which is frustrating. I don’t mind making the trip if I know it’s really there, but I just wish the online inventory was more reliable so I could feel confident before going in

"Not a ton of options"
I was hoping there’d be a better selection, but a lot of the stuff I was looking for just wasn’t there. You mostly see the basic bottles, and if you’re after something a little different, there isn’t much to choose from. The site itself was fine to use, I was just kind of disappointed with the options.

"Pickup was fine, delivery kinda depends"
Pickup went smooth, no real issues there. Delivery’s been a little hit or miss though, one time it showed up late, so yeah, not perfect

"I was really just poking around the site..."
I was really just poking around the site for a bit and it took me a minute to figure out what I wanted, but once I got into it, I noticed they actually had a solid beer selection. A few local options popped up that I don’t usually see everywhere, which was a nice surprise. Prices seemed fair from what I could tell, and overall it was a good experience

"Super helpful staff!!!"
I went in totally unsure what bourbon to get... and the guy working there was seriously helpful!! He asked what I was looking to spend, gave me a few solid options, and actually seemed to know his stuff without making me feel pressured at all. Super easy trip, honestly!!!

"Not much of a wine selection"
I stopped in hoping to grab a decent bottle of red, but the wine section was disappointing. There wasn’t much variety, mostly the same basic bottles, and a few shelves looked kind of picked over. The whole visit felt a little impersonal too, like I was just a ticket number moving through the store. It’s probably fine if you need something quick, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back for wine.
